How should I store the bread?

Because our products contain no artificial preservatives, proper storage is important to maintain freshness and quality. Store in freezer immediately after delivery. 

How should I enjoy the bread after delivery?

For the best bakery-style texture and flavor, we recommend warming the bread before serving.

Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F and warm for 2–4 minutes.

Air Fryer:
Heat at 320°F for 2–3 minutes.

Microwave:
Heat for 15–20 seconds for a softer texture.

What is the shelf life of the bread?

Ambient: 6-7 days

Refrigerator: up to 14 days

Freezer: up to 10 months

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

To help ensure maximum freshness and product quality, orders are generally shipped on Mondays (or the next business day following a holiday).

Once shipped, most orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Refunds

Do you accept returns? 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ohohcubie.com and include your order number along with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
