All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Required Photos
To help us investigate and resolve your claim, please include the following photos in your email:
- A close-up photo showing the issue or damage
- One full photo of the product
- One photo of the packaging and shipping label
- Any additional photos that may help explain the issue
Resolution
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, at OhOhCubie's discretion.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
