Our Story

Our story begins with family, responsibility, and love.

For seven years, April was a stay-at-home mom, with her days revolving around her two little ones and their home — from the kitchen to the laundry room to the grocery store.

As a mom, few things made her happier than seeing her kids smile around the table and enjoy every last bite. She wanted them to eat well, but she wanted mealtime to feel joyful, too.

That thought led to a question: Could she make bread her kids would truly love — and that she, as a mom, could feel good about serving?

Then she met Howard, who shared her love of baking and brought years of food experience. Together, they began a new journey in Houston — built around the belief that food can bring joy.

It started in a commercial kitchen — with no shortcuts. Just recipe after recipe, test after test, and many late nights spent getting a little closer each time.

Our first product was finally ready — and soon came our first real order. For the first time, this little dream began to feel like it could become something bigger that helps more families find more joy around the table.

As more people discovered and loved our breads, our little kitchen could no longer hold the dream we were building. So we took a big step forward and moved into our own facility.

Hundreds of recipe tweaks, countless late nights, and many tastings later, our purpose became clearer: we’re not just here to make bread. We’re here to bring a little more joy to the family table, every day.
